Are you pregnant and in need of some one to one time to get serious with preparing for birth and early parenthood?
Would you like an approach that helps you to explore the evidence-based information in a way that helps you to consider it and apply it to yourself? A bit like putting on a pair of clothes!
I have practised as a midwife for many years and am offering a set of online 1 to 1 coaching sessions for pregnant and new parents that are designed to prepare you for what lies ahead.
There is a range of sessions to choose from and your preference can easily be indicated on your booking form, and can just as easily be changed as we go along!
Midwifery advice will not be given directly and therefore these sessions complement not replace your existing midwifery care.
